Our Company History
Connors Electric Inc. was founded in 1991 by Tom and Monica Connors. As the company grew and expanded, the dedication and leadership in the form of Raul Paladini were instrumental in its success and its established reputation. From the onset of his tenure, Paladini exhibited an unwavering commitment to the company’s growth and customer service. His exceptional leadership skills ultimately culminated in his ownership and operation of Connors Electric today. Under Paladini’s stewardship, the company now stands poised for continued growth, fortified by a solid foundation and a strategic plan for its future.
Raul Paladini is a second-generation electrician.
His father and brother are both electricians in his home country, Argentina. Raul began in the electrical field in 1993 for 5 Years in Argentina before he came to the USA in 1998 and continued his career in Southwest Florida.
2005 – Raul started his career with Connors Electric
2006 – Promoted to Service Technician
2018 – Promoted to Service Manager
2020 – Promoted to General Manager
2022 – Purchased the company
Raul’s accomplishments include 4 years of electrical apprenticeship before receiving the Collier County Journeyman License, Collier County Master License, and the Florida Unlimited Electrical Contractor License.
