OUR PROCESS

How we work with our new construction or remodeling customers:

Review plans provided by the contractor/builder.
Initial meeting with contractor to walk through, review prints and discuss the customers desires and needs of the project.
Estimating Preliminary Budget & Services
Final plans, specifications, and new scope of work with schedule is outlined.

Official proposal and cost based on current project details.
Contract is executed, schedule project and coordinate site walk-throughs with our project managers.
Assigned lead project manager and Foreman.
Complete contracted items and all outstanding additional requests.
